1. Registration & Confirmation

By submitting your booking, you register bindingly for the retreat.

You will receive a written booking confirmation from us via email.

Your participation becomes binding only once this confirmation has been issued.

2. Prices & Payment Terms

The retreat price is displayed at the time of booking.

Payment:

• 30% deposit within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation

• Remaining balance due no later than 30 days before the retreat begins

Payment methods:

Bank transfer or the payment options listed on our website.

If payments are not received within the stated deadlines, we reserve the right to release your spot.

3. Early-Bird Bookings

If Early-Bird rates are offered, the following conditions apply:

• Early-Bird prices are valid only within the specified booking period

• The booking becomes binding immediately

• In case of cancellation, the regular cancellation policy applies (see below)

• The Early-Bird rate cannot be extended or transferred

4. Cancellation by Participants

We understand that plans can change. At the same time, we require planning certainty.

Depending on when you cancel, the following conditions apply:

• up to 60 days before the retreat:

free cancellation

• 59–31 days before the retreat:

30% of the retreat price

• 30–15 days before the retreat:

50% of the retreat price

• 14–0 days before the retreat / no-show:

100% of the retreat price

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Tip:

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

5. Rebooking / Replacement Participants

Rebooking to another retreat may be possible upon request.

You may also transfer your spot to another person.

Please notify us in writing.

6. Cancellation by SOUL 2 SOUL

If a retreat cannot take place for important reasons (e.g., illness, force majeure, unforeseen circumstances), we offer the following options:

• Rebooking to a new date

or

• Full refund of all payments made

Further claims (e.g., for travel or accommodation expenses) cannot be covered.

Our retreats follow a clear structure and are held with care and presence.

We reserve the right to make gentle adjustments to the schedule or content if this best supports the group or the process.

8. Responsibility & Participation Requirements

Our retreats are not a therapeutic program and do not replace psychological or medical treatment.

By participating, you confirm that:

• you are in sufficient physical and emotional condition

• you take responsibility for your boundaries

• you inform us in advance about any relevant health considerations

9. Accommodation & Travel

Accommodation and travel are not included in the retreat price unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The conditions of the respective accommodation provider (e.g., Costa Mágica Suites, Bali Resort, etc.) apply separately.

We treat your data confidentially and use it solely for processing your booking and communicating with you about the retreat.

SOUL 2 SOUL is liable within the limits of applicable law but not for:

• personal belongings

• damages caused by your own actions

• force majeure

• self-organized activities during free time
